112 Grams of Margarine
56 Grams of Silver Spoon caster sugar
112 Grams of Plain White Flour
14 grams of cocoa powder
A packet of Chocolate Chips
1.. Cream together the margarine and the sugar,until light and fluffy (the adult helping you will know the fluffy bit)…
2.. Sieve the flour. Then stir the sieved flour and cocoa powder into the creamed mixture, then squeeze it all together and make it into a ball.
3.. Get and Grease a baking tray.
4.. Take a small ball out of your mixture and put it onto the greased baking tray and flatten it down a bit so it looks like a biscuit. Now do the same with the rest of the mixture.
5.. Add some chocolate chips onto the tops of your cookies and press them down.
6.. Get an adult to pre heat the oven. 170 degrees or gas mark 3, and cook them for 13 minutes, or 8 minutes for fan assisted ovens, or until golden brown.
7.. When the cookies are cooked, leave them for about 15 minutes before you transfer them onto a cooling tray.
